Every artwork is custom made to order, which means it's handmade by us just for you or your collector.
Due to high demand, artworks take approximately two weeks to custom make and ship.
As a result, all artwork orders are final and non-refundable as soon as they are placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
In the rare event an artwork arrives damaged, please notify us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your artwork via email to info@alissamorabito.com providing documented detailed images of the damage to the artwork and the photos of the box the artwork arrived in and and a member of the team will work to resolve the matter with you.
In some cases we will expeditiously to get a new artwork to you.
